Freeze drying processing of healthy pet treats is done under very high vacuum and extremely low temperature under dry processing conditions.

An initial drying phase — called primary drying — removes water (and ice) by sublimation; during the second phase — secondary drying — it is eliminated by desorption. This effectively preserves the color, aroma, taste and shape of fresh foods, while preserving nutrients and vitamins.

For all dogs and cats

You can feed it dry or reconstitute it by soaking it in a dish of warm water and use it as a tasty meal garnish.
Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily calorie intake. These treats do not replace your dog's main meal. They are intended for intermittent or supplementary feeding only.
