Are your products 100% natural?

At sakoandc o, we are concerned about the quality of the products offered.

The treats are 100% natural, without any chemicals, additives, flavors or preservatives.

All natural treats are air or low temperature dried to preserve nutrients and ensure a long shelf life.

 

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

For the moment, I only ship to France (Corsica included), as well as Belgium and Luxembourg!
 

Where do your products come from?

The treats come from France or Europe.

Chewing toys and licking mats come from the USA and Australia.

Can I pay in several installments?

Payment in 3 times without fees is possible.

All you have to do is add the products you wish to purchase to your basket, then validate it.

In the third step, you will be asked with which payment method you wish to pay for your order.

All you have to do is choose Scalapay and wait to be redirected to their site to finalize your payment.

Everywhere in France, Corsica included
 

Where are the products shipped from?

Your packages are lovingly packaged and shipped to the outskirts of Die, in DrĂ´me.

What are the shipping times for your products?

Your orders are sent maximum 24 hours after your payment.

Delivered by the carrier within 3 working days.

Sako & Co offers a local service via Click and Collect in the surroundings of Die (26150 DrĂ´me).

You can collect your packages in the store in Die:

Select the “Click and Collect” delivery method when paying.

Collect your package from the collection point two days after your purchase! 

Example: order placed on Wednesday , your order will be available from Friday!
 

I received a damaged item, what can I do?

Simply send us an image of the damaged item to contact@sakoandco.fr
ATTENTION
To benefit from a possible return or refund, your item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED .
In the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
Return costs are not included and are your responsibility.
