Are your products 100% natural?

At sakoandco , we are concerned about the quality of the products offered.

The treats are 100% natural, without any chemicals, additives, flavors or preservatives.

All natural treats are air dried or dried at low temperatures to preserve nutrients and ensure a long shelf life.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, I only ship to France (including Corsica), as well as Belgium and Luxembourg!

Plastics collected through your orders

We are pleased to announce that with CleanHub , we will invest in plastic recovery through a network of collection centers across Asia!

CleanHub specifically targets non-recyclable plastics, which would otherwise be left in landfill, dumped into our seas or burned.

Instead, they are redirected to industrial plants that responsibly convert them into energy, reducing the carbon footprint of their industrial processes by up to 25% - incredible! 🤩

From now on we will collect 2.20 lb (1kg) per order 🌊

The entire process is tracked by CleanHub's own Track & Trace technology, ensuring a certified impact.

Where do they come from ? your products ?

The treats come from France or Europe.

Chew toys and lick mats come from the USA and Australia.

Can I pay in installments?

Payment in 3 installments without fees is possible.

All you have to do is add the products you wish to purchase to your basket and then confirm your purchase.

In the third step, you will be asked which payment method you would like to use to pay for your order.

All you have to do is choose Scalapay and wait to be redirected to their site to finalize your payment.

Where can I get it delivered?

Everywhere in France, including Corsica
 

Where are they from? shipped THE products ?

Your packages are lovingly packed and shipped to the outskirts of Die, in the Drôme.

What are the shipping times for your products?

Your orders are sent within 24 hours of your payment.

Delivered by the carrier within 3 working days.

Sako & Co offers a local service via Click and Collect in the surroundings of Die (26150 Drôme).

Select “Click and Collect” delivery method during checkout.

Collect your package from the collection point two days after your purchase! 

Example: order placed on Wednesday , your order will be available from Friday!
 

I have received a article damaged , what can i do TO DO ?

Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@sakoandco.fr
ATTENTION
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED .
In the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Return costs are not included and are your responsibility.
